Has anyone found where the tour buses park to attempt to meet bands/artists? before/after the concerts

It's pretty much the luck of the draw. If you have VIP or "indoor" seats you have a good chance of meeting the 1st or 2nd acts going to and from the sound booth. Worked for me a few times.

I've met plenty of artists in the parking lot. It really depends on the artist or the musician or whoever you're seeing. But for the most part they don't come out of their little shell.
