Are chair umbrellas and small soft sided coolers allowed

I have learned that it dey on the show.... Call in advance.

Coolers are allowed if you have a child/stroller/baby carriage at most shows. But the have a huge problem with beverages being carried in. Chairs, umbrellas are cool on the lawn which is on a slope.
