Staff are pleasant. Rooms are dirty. Had to clean several things in my room. Stains on comforter, sheets and bed frame. Hair was also found on my sheets. The phone didn't work in my room. Stale smell in the room, smells like something rotting. Stayed for two nights. Close enough to restaurants and shopping. Giving one star because of the staff nothing more. Most definitely will not be staying ever again

Positive: Nothing! The room wasn't clean it looked like someone had been moved out leaving a wet ring and ashes on night stand. Negative: We arrived on Monday and was expected to sleep on same sheets until Thursday before getting clean linens a day before we was due to check out on Friday. Again the room wasn't clean it had mole on the ceiling the ac unit full of dust particl I did take pi

You know when people say “just throw the whole thing away”. I imagine this hotel fits in that category. All the front desk staff are terribly rude. Accidentally came in before checkout and who I assume was the owner was super snarky about it even though we were more than happy to go waste the two hours before check in. And then night time staff. Whew. I had to walk out before I really showed myself in there. As a person who suffers from back problems, support for my spine is essential. I asked for two extra pillows and you would think I asked for a kidney. Not only were they not very empathetic they questioned me and told me to use towels for support! I’ve never ever experienced this and have stayed in several hotels up and down the east coast. Most hotels are more than willing to accommodate their patrons. Not this place. I’m surprised we could even get extra towels and rags by the way they act, stained towels and rags at that. Most of the stuff is stained, dirty or doesn’t work right. The pool is a nice nasty green it’s absolute disgusting to look at. God forbid if someone doesn’t realize it’s closed and jumps in they’ll probably have a flesh eating bacteria. Continental breakfast is not on the menu. And if you thought you were going to be able to sleep in you thought wrong. You’ll wake up to the lovely sounds of nonstop construction. Like the previous reviewers I like to be able to leave good reviews not bad ones.. but I just couldn’t continue my night without letting out some of this frustration. Like a previous person said the entire management is just trash. Till they renovate that there’s no reason to even renovate the hotel. I stayed here a year ago and didn’t have an issue with getting extra pillows to support my spine. I’m honestly just floored. Next time I’ll spend the extra $200 or whatever dollars to get a nicer hotel that’s more accommodating!! I plan to call customer relations in the morning for sure.

Positive: That it was dog friendly Negative: First off the hotel is undergoing renovations so a lot of maintenance traffic outside. The first room we got 3 lamps didn't work and the TV wouldn't turn on. After switching rooms the new one was better but still missing the back of the TV remote.

Only 1 pet per room 80lbs maximum weight and they are ridged with the policy. I had made a reservation for 2 people and 2 dogs on the phone with the hotel. But at check in they said 1max per room. So I had to get a Second room and not stay with my wife and the separation stressed out the dogs. Dog walk areas are not very good and lots of Fire Ants in the grass. I would probably try another place but they are few that are in the area that take pets.
Ehh.. so so
