All staff in rm.189 and 122c was very helpful and friendly for my divorce process except for the rude person who was working on the 10 fl matrimonial side today at 4pm. She was very rude and Unprofessional I didn't bother to even answer to her attitude because I really need my papers done finally but she should be disciplined. I guess she doesn't like her job .

Kings County Supreme Court - 360 Adams St - you can ask the County Clerk Room 189
Go to 125 worth st
360 Adams St, Room 189, Window 5 or 6. Bring your index number and photo ID. They will not release documents to you unless you were a party to the action. This of course, assumes that you got divorced in Kings County. You can only get copies of divorce papers in the actual county that you filed for it. Sorry, if this seems obvious, but at least half the people that show up looking for there divorce papers were actually divorced in some other county or state and expect Brooklyn to have records of it.
Everyone I spoke to at the office was kind and courteous.
Yes you have to go to the county clerk office on the basement floor.
Confirm that the Notary that has signed your document is qualified in Kings County...this info should be stated on their stamp/seal. If they are, go to 360 Adams St, it's easier to go to the side entrance by the parking lot. Tell the Court Officer at the entrance that you need a notary authentication, room 189, window 6, and you will be assisted. The fee for each document is $3 cash, exact change only at this time. The public is not being allowed inside, but you will helped at the door.
Room 122C, get the necessary forms. Fill them out and being them back in. If they're kids involved, hire a lawyer.
Most of the filings for a LLC are done at the state level, not the county. I suppose Legalzoom might be a good place to start, but I highly recommend acquiring the services of a lawyer. I know several that will take care of everything for less than $2k. Out of curiosity, how is this a question about the Kings County Clerk?
Check with the Department of Health in New York County.
Since you were born at St. Vincent's hospital in Manhattan, you probably have to go to the New York County Clerk's office in lower Manhattan near Chambers Street.
10th floor 360 Adams st Brooklyn
Look up online & research, " The Dept. of Finance. " That is where folks pay their property taxes. All copies of Deed info is included at ACRIS search section. The location is in Downtown Brooklyn @ Joralemon St. near Court Street.
You must file a lawsuit in the borough where the dispute took place. Only file at the King's County Clerk office if this dispute took place in Brooklyn.
You would need to call the dept of health on Worth Street in Manhattan. You can google to get the phone number.

Ken is wrong, there are no land records filed in the Kings County Clerk's office. All land records are filed across the street at 210 Joralemon St. 2nd floor in the Registers office. You can also obtain a copy of your deed online. Just Google "ACRIS" and it will be the first result. The search by address etc.
Unfortunately, Kings would have 0 to do with obtaining a copy. Start by contacting wherever it was filed to see if they have a mail procedure to obtain a copy. If a no go, ask the PR cons/emb.
You have to go to the NYC Board of Health to obtain it you can order it online, by mail or in person
You may need to Matrimonial and ask.
You can go the the County Clerk at Kings County Supreme Court at the lowel level. They will be able to ask your question about a business certificate
You have to go to Surrogates Court at Kings County Supreme Court located at the Lobby area. They will let you know if anyone has filed paperwork for her estate

It really depends on what kind of case it is. If it was a Supreme Civil Case then it would be available in the Clerk's off, if it was a surrogates case it would be in surrogates records (doesn't take long at all, everything is kept on site so you don't have to order the file. If it was a Lower Civil court case then yeah you have to go to Civil Court on Livingston street and they do have to order old cases and can take 3 months. If it was a criminal matter, the you'd have to go to criminal court etc...
You have to go to the NYC Board of Health to obtain birth certificates
You can go to Surrogate's Administration on the Lobby Section they can help you with information and paperwork to fill out for your grandmother's estate
You have to go to the Supreme Court Kings County - County Clerk - 360 Adams St, Downtown Brooklyn
Try Criminal Court on Willoughby. No criminal records kept in the county clerk's office.
You can go to Kings County Supreme Court and ask The County Clerk for the index number. If you already have the index you can look at one of their terminals containing the documents.
Come in person
At least 6 months
This depends on what kind of document you need to authenticate. [Kings Co. Clerk's Office can certify a notary signature from notary qualified in Kings Co.] Getting apostille differs for where a document was issued and the authority that issued it, if you want to do it yourself. But since this may involve knowing what research is required, traveling to the proper offices, and determining whether the document is qualified to receive apostille, it may be better to call on services of a professional apostille services agency, for which look up "Apostille Services Agency."
Its a busy street so it hard finding parking around that area
Go to the basement and ask. Have the date of the violation and the block and lot of the property in question.
You need to go to the matrimonial where your divorce was filed. if you have the index number you should have no problem.
Go onto acris.com. or nyc.gov. not too hard to navigate through. I believe if you go to NYC.gov it will lead you to acris.com anyway.
If have an Order Granting the Divorce has been issued then it's valid forever unless it gets over turned for some reason. The index number is good indefinitely, if the case is marked disposed for some reason before a judgement of divorce is issued, then you can file a motion to restore the case and proceed with the divorce.
Yes from 9 to 11 and 2 to 3
You need to have a real good excuse, like accident, sudden illness, excessive travel cost, a family death. Altho a first time offense MAY be swept under the rug, further missed jury duty can lead to a "bench warrant" for your arrest, fines up to $1,000, days in jail, community service or a combination at the discretion of the judge. Since the courts hold jury duty in high esteem, to not appear is considered comtempt of court, meaning jail. When you received jury duty info it should indicate the process for opting out of jury duty, including valid reasons for it, and to let the court know in advance. This is the safest choice.
Well if you were in title as husband and wife then you don't have to to wait at all and the administration doesn't really have a lot to do with it. In a tenancy by the entirety property immediately transfer to living spouse upon death of one of the parties. Now, assumining this is not the case and you need the letters. You shouldn't need new letters, the ones that were already issued should suffice. Unless of course there is a limitation on the letters saying that you can't sell the house or real property. I which case you'll need to get bonded and go before the judge. Takes a month or two.
Probate is 360 Adams St. Other are 210 Joralemon. Fees are likely.
You can get a hard copy at Surrogate's Court based on the county where the person passed away. You have to go there in person and ask for either the name or file number
They actually won't give you the form there either. I don't know about online, but you can get a copy of the form across the street at 26 Court Street in the lobby there is a news stand he sells copies of the form. He is also a notary and the form needs to be notarized.
Wow, that is incredibly generic. If your talking about a DBA then this is the right place. For any LLC or incorporation filings you'll need to go elsewhere.
That'd be criminal court over on Jay St. Don't call, go in and have the index number for your case.
Not the clerk's office. Clerk's office is for divorces. If you were married in Kings County, go across the street to 220 Joralemon St. 2nd floor. They can provide a copy. Be sure to bring ID.
Room 221
No. If you're a resident of Kings County, you have to go to, 210 Joralemon St, which is located right across the street from Kings County Clerks office.
The properties in Brooklyn are auctioned one day of the week on the second floor. That day you get the information in that court room.
125 Worth Street. New York NY. Kings County Clerk doesn't keep Birth or Death records.
Not typically, they can be filed in the county clerk's office, but only for enforcement. So, if some creditor had a small claims/civil judgement in another county and wanted to enforce it here in Kings County, they'd have to file it here. If the judgement was issued in Kings small claims, they would not also need to file it with the clerk. If it was issued in Kings County, you should be able to get a copy at 141 Livingston St. That's where Kings County civil court is and i think Small Claims is there. There are almost no federal docs filed here, this is a state court, federal court is further down Court St a couple blocks.
How do I get a notary for someone else?
You dumbass, the County Clerk has absolutely nothing to do with taxes or fines.
Go to department of buildings website and type in the address and they will give you the info.
