I’ve been assisting to therapy for almost a year. I feel very much relive for finding this place, I’m able to assist through video call which it makes very tho easier or in person too. I love my therapist Tahiri she has helped so much, I feel much more calm and less depressed.

Last Week Kristina Ruiz left me a voicemail stating that Dr. Isadore was uncomfortable signing off on my accommodation doctor's letter, regarding my mental health condition for my reasonable accommodation from my Housing Management. The treatment letter with her signature is not what they are requesting for. I can't stress enough how crystal clear I was about this from the very beginning. This is NOT the result I was looking for so Kristina Ruiz to still state "I know what your housing worker had advised she felt like it would be the best option to have that letter" for my situation and still advise me to still submit the reference letter to see what happens. Now what's happening my housing reached out to me again they sent a letter in the mail of the correct information needed, and now where does that leave me, this is truly gut wrenching to know especially to know NYPCC recognized Minority Mental Health this month they believe everyone deserves access to the best mental health care. As a minority I don't feel NYPCC provided the highest quality mental health services regarding my mental health condition. I now feel even more complacent in my living environment to the point I feel like I'm dying inside to be a part of one the most undeserved and neediest communities in Bushwick. There's no real outlet for help and assistance. The fact that Kristina thought it was still appropriate knowingly with the details to not create a resolution for this is disgusting. My quality of life was compromised and is still being compromised. I'm in a state of suffering to know I can't even go to a center where the doctor's make sure you can get the best care treatment plan to thrive and get better is truly scary.

Just wanted to thank everyone who helped me on my journey of healing and better mental wellness. The people at this facility really took time to listen to me and provide great care. I spent a couple of years going to therapy here and I have noticed how much it’s helped my day to day especially when dealing with stressful situations. The intake process is pretty simple and after review you’re paired with one of many therapists they have. They are very open to adjusting and catering services to your individual needs. Also shout out to reception who are always very communicative and helpful.
