Russian customer service rep whom answered was very DISGUSTINGLY SPOKEN VERY RUDE AND VERY LOUD !!!SHE SPOKE OVER ME THE ENTIRE TIME AND NEVER EVEN LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY !!! ANYONE WHO CALLS WILL MEED THERAPY AFTER SHE SPEAKS TO YOU LIKE THAT ! SHE NEEDS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR HERSELF TODAY AND SEE WTH HE PROBLEM ISS ! ZERO STARS GLING ELSE WHERE ! WHAT A DISGRACE
