There are plenty of handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces at this location. If you stay at the resort you get valet parking included in your resort fee. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the ins and out of a resort hotel. The rooms are nice and cool. You can even get a smoking 🚬 room if you choose that option The Casino is smoke free with designated smoking areas. Overall, I had an awesome stay.

We had a decent experience on our 3 day stay. The rooms weren’t very clean from the get go but honestly we spent 5% of our time there. A big con to this place is we were taken care of completely different then a lot of people because we didn’t walk in there with stacks of hundreds to give out to the staff. Overall though we may come back because of the price but that’s about the only reason.

Staff is great, hotel is fabulous. Truly has so much to offer from clean and comfortable rooms to a great Spa. Food options was limitless, indoor and outdoor pool and of course the casino! This will be the hotel I stay in going forward when I stay in Franklin/surrounding areas. Also pet friendly! Beautiful views to enjoy while staying here.

Is parking available and what does it cost for a few hours
You can stay right across the street for half the price and it's actually closer to the casino floor.

Soft drinks are free but you can choose to tip the server. alcohol at the bars inside is not plus the county is dry so the casino is the only place to buy alcohol.

I play at several casinos across the country and their machines are by far the least paying machines in the industry. The jackpots are usually around $1,250 (which are very hard hit) and the bonus plays very small amounts if it ever comes. I’ve played high bets ($7-$25 per spin) at this casino for $7,000 straight several times and the bonus never came. All other casinos that I’ve visited gives the bonus many times within your first $500. Word of advice. Don’t go to this casino and expect to win.
If you enter from parking deck or hotel, there are slots between there and Ruth Cris, just keep left. If you continue towards the front door, just keep right. You will smell the area. It's not that separated because I like the Wheel of Fortune machines. There are restrooms right there. Security podiums are escalator. Any employee will point you in the right direction. Good luck!
You will be in the GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAINS. You will need much more time than a weekend to see CHEROKEE and all the beauty just in that area. Have fun and enjoy your selves. Wish that I was there
