Room is clean,we had 2queen beds, could use some deodorizer. I did bring my own. Dresser drawer was broken. Hotel is right across from casino a major plus😊😊😊😊. Service was good very helpful. Will come again.

I was weary about staying here because of the 2-star rating…but let me tell you, that means nothing! This place is nicer than most 3-star hotels. The customer service, the cleanliness, and the decor are superb! The beds are extremely comfortable as well! I love that it’s within walking distance of Harrahs. I would 100% stay here again!

Price: Our 2 nights came in just under $400 on Memorial day weekend with a veteran discount and after taxes. What we got for that price made it not worth it. We didn't sleep great and didn't even get full bellies before heading out for the day. Maid service came while we were there. I told her we really just needed a few towels and the bed made. She gave us the new towels and told us they don't make the beds for stayovers. I stood with a jawdrop look then just said okay. Pros: Nice looking place, clean, friendly staff, and location. Cons: Uncomfortable bed and pillows, mediocre breakfast (only contained waffles, cold and hot cereal, yogurt, and bagles. Not even any fruit 😒).

We checked in at 6:02 am- the front desk worker was so nice and very informative. Prior to coming here we stopped at the best western where they were so rude. This lodge wasn’t only much better looking than best western but it was $15 less. When it was time for check out the next day, my husband got a gout flare up and they never hassled us to leave and hurry up, they gave us an extra hour. My husband and I will definitely be staying here whenever we are in Murphy NC. Great staff, service, and location.
