Terrible service. You ship one item and they deliver another. That is the worst shipping agency that can exist. I don't recommend it to anyone. My wife sent two boxes with that agency, and they arrived almost two months later, everything was a disaster. A 50-pound package of rice was sent and they delivered a 20-pound package, with the cover torn and full of dirt as if it had been kept in a pig pen. That company is embarrassing. It is a disaster.

I sent a box, the box was opened when I went through customs for inspection but everything arrived complete and on time.
