The female behind the counter at the convenience store is lacking customer service, she seemed bothered to be there, I handed her the money for an orange juice and she threw my change on the counter top!!! Horrible service, won’t be getting anything else from her anymore!!!! Some people are there for hours going nowhere, there should be a real police officer there at all times with an assistant security guard to keep everybody and the terminal itself in order. Would be nice.

Terrible local service! This town does not care about the working people or middle class. The bus service workers are extremely nasty and rude if your skin is colored. The bus stop along the routes are near .25 mile to a mile apart. You will wait for hours at a time to get between point a and point b! Disgusted and disappointed.

NJ transit buses are a great way to get around. Why would you drive to Manhattan when you can relax and enjoy the trip. All without a huge toll and parking expense. The HackensackTerminal is a great spot to get out of the bad weather and is the terminus to a whole lot of destinations.
