I was having trouble finding stamps for my wedding invitations and Ali and rest of the staff went above and beyond! They called local offices and had stamps put on hold until I arrived. It was incredibly helpful and truly appreciated.

I had a very professional and courteous transaction today at this Post Office with the Clerk, Ali Melat. This post office could truly improve their customer service if they hired more Clerks with a positive attitude like Ali. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Ali.

I drop off mail to this location every day. Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.

Terrible service and rude people working here. The lady Melat had 6 people waiting on the line before they opened up another register. Then after I waited 20 minutes she walked away to help someone else while she was helping me and told me I’m not as important because I’m not paying $1000 for some priority mail subscription. I cannot make it up. This lady literally told me I’m not as important. She should seriously be fired how rude she was. I NEVER review but this service was EXCEPTIONALLY terrible. Are these our tax dollars at work? I’m not surprised,

I work as a courier delivery driver and drop off mail right at the window of Hackensack Post office. A lot of packages and mail lost during the holidays. I lost a package delivered by USPS. It says it was delivered but we never got it. They hire temporary workers and they're rushing so they make mistake. It's only normal.long before I mailed a Christmas card and it was returned to me with no more card inside just the envelope. My point also. It's not totally the USPS fault. A lot of people steal mails and packages during the holidays. but with the case of my package being delivered but I never got it, I found out the next day the USPS delivered it To the wrong house it was delivered nextdoor...and because it's a holiday ppl take as much opportunities to steal. I found the empty box in the next doors trash. I don't know if I am being helpful or not. I'm Just saying you are not alone. The USPS probably is still trying to figure out what happened to your mail and they don't have an answe
