I had my service shut off and my bill is not due. Even though I explained I have an elderly person in the home using oxygen they keep saying if you have a medical emergency call 911. I wouldn't have a emergency if you didn't disconnect my services prematurely.

If there're no gas lines into your house, and depending on how many floors, rooms, size of furnace, hook up to water heater, stove, dryer, etc. Between 7k-13k. A lot of work.
