Nice lease homes, be ready for steep prices, used carpet, paint over walls, ac or heat not enough, new appliances, will need to clean everything because last renters, management wants your money not your satisfaction, typical, you will learn, apt style living in a cracker box home pressed together with just enough space to walk in between.

Perfect place for us to live. The normal quiet somewhat marred by 24-hour construction at 421 and Peace Haven. The price of progress. I really don't hear it much.
