I managed urgent cares before… 3 hrs waiting time!!!! I mean… why you even open?????!!!!!

We made and were not taken back out of the waiting room for over an hour after the appointment time. We then waited in the back in a room without being seen by a doctor for another hour. We ended up leaving before being seen after it had been more than 2 hours after the appointment time. I saw the people that we had first seen called back just checking out when I popped my head out to see how much longer we would need to wait. So even though they wouldn’t give me any other estimate other than there were two more people still ahead of us, my estimation was it would have at least been another hour so we left. This is semi expected at am ER or an urgent care without an appointment, but why offer appointments if you just get put in line with the walkins?! When I said it has been two hours and we haven’t been seen yet, they just said “well we have to balance the appointments and the walkins.” Long story short. Be prepared for them to have one provider and to just get in line whether you have an appointment or not.

Where do they find their doctors??? Our pharmacist was more helpful then the actual doctor. Not to mention the 2 hour wait time with a baby running a fever. This is our second time here and we will not be back.

Front desk personnel seemed to be rude and as if we were a bother. Did not try to take an extra step to verify my sons information due to not having a physical copy of the card. Very unprofessional and not a good face of the urgent care.
