The star is for the nice facility and I think the staff are great. But the low score is due to their billing department. I called billing requesting a coding dispute and had to call back 6 times over a 7 week period to get it resolved because Orlando Health never addressed the dispute. I finally paid the balance in full because they were never going to address my dispute. They also billed me at a much higher rate than my daughter (we were seen together for the same thing), she was in the bed and I in a chair beside her and I was billed over twice as much. I also had the rudest customer service representative that I have ever encountered in my life! So while it's a nice, new facility I'll go back to Advent Health down the street where I've never had a billing issue.

I went to get a refill on my medicine and it was easy. The security guard was so sweet, he asked permission to check my bag before checking. The ladies in the front helped me find out I actually did have insurance which was a blessing and the doctors/nurses in the back were quick, efficient, and treated me with so much kindness. I really trust in this er and will be coming back if needed
