I have been a part of the Lake Mary pain center's office for a couple years. This is not a typical walk in, fill out a bunch of redundant paper work and have a seat. Nope! The employee's and doctors are on the same page here. Dr. Fernando is quick and thorough, listening to all your concerns and working to solve any issues. Daniel is the man! Always with a smile, up beat and genuinely concerned about the "whole" you, not just your diagnosis. I don't believe I've ever left without smiling. Now...Kawanda, well let's just say nothing gets by her. Extremely efficient, puts situations in layman's terms, and there's no misunderstanding her answers to any questions you may have! She's my hero ?truth) she's my go to when help is needed...ALWAYS. Day, Night, it doesnt matter, she will return your call or answer your message, very caring and matter-of-fact, has a sharp memory and has the sweetest, quietest, smartest prote'ge' in Ayana. This center is extremely busy, however, the waiting time is minimal (maybe 15 minutes) and thats incredible!
