I didn't realize that it was such a hateful company until after shopping here but it's also very very expensive and not all organized. The rows aren't labeled at all so I wondered the entire store snaking through each row and stoll unable to find everything I needed. I'll be trying Joanne's and Michael's next time for sure

One of the biggest selling points for Hobby Lobby is that it seems to have a little bit of everything, for just about any hobby you can think of. That's mostly true, but not necessarily in a good way. The sheer volume of merchandise means some departments are just going to be bad - after multiple visits to their unpainted wood crafts sections, for example, I have yet to find a single hinged item that wasn't already broken in two places. Several products feel like lesser knockoffs of better things, which, again, is a byproduct of trying to have EVERYTHING. On the flip side, some hobbies like model building and trading cards get more real estate than other stores...but so does overbearing, obnoxious political signage, which I wouldn't exactly call a hobby so much as a gateway drug to a voluntarily self-inflicted intellectual disability. Anyway, closed on Sundays, you know the deal.
