Customer service here is absolutely disgraceful! I called because I was concerned why I was not given notice that my water would be shut off for most of the day and when I got a call back on this issue the woman was offended and just pushed that fact that she did indeed put a note on every door. I’m not sure how ours got missed but it is very frustrating to deal with staff that don’t trust you and only want to save face with their boss. I was not in any way calling them a liar because plenty of issues could have happened that the notice came off the door(which she mentioned could have been an issue). Long story short I was a concerned resident and was treated as if they just wanted to tell me I’m wrong. Will never sign the lease here again and I hope you don’t either!

It's been 20 hours since I called emergency maintenance to fix the sewage flooding into my apartment. The toilet water/paper/waste is flooding into my apartment and into my front lawn. This is the FIFTH time this has happened. It has not been resolved. I'm embarrassed to live here. The front office phones and internet have been down. The emergency maintenance is unavailable. Not to mention, I've tried to file a laundry list of maintenance requests that haven't been addressed.

Now they have 5 cars per apt???? The trash overflows every week, because they won't get bigger bins everyone has mold in their apts...called ghetto of lk mary

I have never in my life felt compelled to write a review no matter how bad the service I got was but I cant just let others see this place and not be warned. The apartments are sub par, the floors are falling out, the appliances are outdated, the insulation is non existent. Expect high electric bills all year long because the heating and ac system in the apartments is a window unit that is Jerry rigged into the wall to go to the bedrooms and one vent in the living area. Which in our case was right by the front door so we just hemorrhaged ac. The roof started to leak a few months after moving in and it took almost a month to fix, in the middle of summer during the rainy season. That alone is unacceptable. The floor under the front door was rotting away and they came to replace it but just replaced part of it so it was still rotting away. The office changed through multiple people in the year we were there, that alone is a sign of a bad complex. I work in customer service, so I know what its like to deal with the general public and the service we received was below average. Especially upon move out. We were given false information and then charged clean out fees that we were not at fault for. When we asked what our last months rent was the girl in the office didn't know. You can tell the level of service just by the answering machine, where the girl makes a mistake and doesn't even bother rerecording. Please heed my warning and look elsewhere, its not worth the headache.

But did you buy and install them yourself?.... Because there wasn't any when you moved in?
