I received a good service at Enterprise Rental Car at Daniels pky, Sam the manager was very attentive, I had to send the Invoice to the Car Insurance to get my money back, which I am satisfied that Sam took care of so that I received it as soon as possible, I had no problem with the car I rented. I attempted to rent a car over the phone and manged to make a pick up appointment although, when I arrived to pick up the car they would not allow me to rent it. When I reserved the appointment I specifically asked on the phone whether or not my license which shows as expired (it is currently active and paid for/not expired, I'm just waiting for the plastic) would still be ok to bring in. Only after driving all the way up there am I to find out about Inability to rent the vehicle. I would have preffered to have known that I was going to have problems before I went there and not after.
