I’ve been here for 3yrs and was promised new blinds and my carpet shampooed. Don’t expect for anything to be upgraded when renewing your lease and be ready to pay an additional $100+ when it’s time to renew your lease.We’re charged for pest control and they never come...Some apartments have roaches and rats...If you really want to know about the apartments/ neighborhood ask a resident because the office is going to tell you what you want to hear!

I was looking to relocate to North Carolina from Colorado Springs. I was looking for apartments in the Greensboro area I came across Four Seasons Villas. Upon reading the reviews. At first I was Leary about the apartments due to the reviews. I went ahead and set up an appointment with their office personnel and went to look at the apartments. The leasing office was very professional. Upon completion of the phone call I was thoroughly satisfied with apartment to the point that I rented the apartment. I have lived here now for 3 months. Any maintenance issues that I have came across have been fixed in a exceptionally well time frame. I have no complaints and was very glad that I did not go by the reviews alone. It would behoove you to take a little time and set up an appointment to view the property it is well worth the value

Well, I just move here an loving it. This place is so quiet at night, I love the way the inside of these apartments look, they did a wonderful job on renovations. What it look like on the website is exactly what is on the inside. Management is very nice, maintenance do great work an every time you call they're right there to fix any problem you may have. Inside the office it beautiful, I have made this my new home i'Il be here for a while.
