Literally the worst place I ever lived. From dealing with a millipede infestation, mold, cold water during the winter, appliances not working… very much a waste of $649 every month. Staff is not helpful at all, and at the grown age of 21 I still have to call my mother to get stuff done which half the time they still don’t even do anything. There’s way better and cheaper student housing apartments in Greensboro.

I’ve lived at The Province for 7 months now, in their 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse. During this pandemic, the Bookeeper Alexis has been NOTHING but the best! As long as you communicate about your circumstances and keep her updated, she is definitely the person to go to!!!! She is definitely good at giving your options on what to do instead of just leaving you out to dry! I LOVE that about her! I’m hoping she doesn’t leave ANYTIME soon because she is going to be a HARD person to replace at The Province! :)

Very upset with their unprofessional conduct & communication. I called in January to see if an apartment was available because I was moving to Greensboro, was told there was one available due to one of their tenants terminating their lease, so I moved forward with their process by doing the application and PAYING the $35.00! They said I could move in February 2nd, so I packed all my stuff to DRIVE THESE 3 HOURS to Greensboro, was then told I couldn’t move in until the 14th. Great! Not done yet! Was then called again to get told that the tenant changed his mind about moving out and that there was nothing they could due for me. Resulting in me spending $400+ in hotel fees. Never have I ever experienced such an unprofessional experience in my life! If a tenant agrees to a lease termination and you guys promised it to someone else, then you stick with your word! A better job should be done. Stop inconveniencing people!

The Province apartment is a great first off campus apartment! If you are a student use to student living you will love it, at first! I did appreciate all amenities being included as well as it being walking distance to UNCG. When first signing too, the office does represent themselves well professionally at first, and the tours are very useful visually. With this said, the employees in the office need to have customer service training. Phone etiquette is not taught here, I have received numerous "Butt Dials", from this place. I have also had the office hand out old checks to other residents of The Province too. I personally had my old July check given to another resident who contacted me luckily. When returning it, they were confused on why or how it happened. If you find yourself renewing, be prepared to come back many times to resign papers. The employees too are not well trained in "faking it" with residents. I understand that we are all probably college students, but we are paying customers that should get some sort of kindness. With this said, this may change, since they has received a new manager! Overall, The Province is very well kept as an apartment, lawn crew and pest crews do frequently maintain the property! You will also see a crew picking up trash time to time. For your personal apartment, you will have crew members coming in and making sure your apartment is up to date too, which is appreciated too!
