Their new system doesn't work and won't process payments. SEVERAL people were charged late fees when they paid their rent ON TIME. City View didn't process the payments and the residents are having to pay. The epay system does not work and the corporate office has not taken action to inform residents that it is not working. They are NOT issuing refunds at all. I used to love living here. To clarify this is not any of the leasing manager's faults.

I recently moved into City View Apt and I owe a huge shout out to Shana who was my leasing agent helping my move-in process as smooth as ever. Mind you, doing all of this through phone calls and emails is not easy, but Shana made sure to go above and beyond for my move-in day to be hiccup-free and perfect. Her customer service is top notch as I felt truly cared for. Thank you Shana, you are the best! :)

Shana is a such huge help! I appreciate her kindness when giving the tour at City View and during the application process. These apartments are great and affordable. Definitely check them out and ask for Shana!

We loved our apartment and the location is so convenient And the staff was always friendly and available (don't forget Paco!) Being now up north I can tell you nobody beats them!
