Is a terrible place, i have my case here is been 4 months with out any resolution the jury's are so slow, I don’t understand why they take that long to do there final decisions is not a big deal to do or is because they just can’t do there job on time, plus the people that works there are so rude to the public like if we are asking them for money total disaster, montgomery county court are much more better then this

Prepare your walking shoes that's all I got to say especially if you have to go to the front part of the courthouse from the bus let off entrance in the back. Also a lot of the handicap doors don't work so people who need help are going to have to hustle on their own or ask for help.😮💨

Laziest and least competent people you’ll ever see working for the government work here. Ive been suffering through my name change for OVER HALF A YEAR NOW. They said it would take less than 30 days and assured me that i turned in all the correct paperwork when i first came, but no. They lied to me 3 FULL TIMES about paperwork i needed to turn in. Absolutely terrible service.

Start in the probate court that supervised its administration. Go to the courthouse with information about your family member, including the full name and date of death. Locate the window for the clerk managing probate files. In some courts, one office handles all civil files; others keep probate records with family law clerks, and still others maintain a separate probate section. Give the clerk the information identifying your deceased family member. If the file is active, the clerk will generally be able to find it for you.
Your marriage certificate should be sent to you sometime after the ceremony. Perhaps the timing is contingent upon when the officiant submitted the signed marriage license to the court.
Dont. I would work out the relationship. The court is there to cause confusion and make money.
