The staff are all very kind and understanding, and always do their best to accommodate. The pricing is really fair (especially for pocket pets, many places over charge) and I highly recommend them for rats! They can tend to be busy but try to work you in ASAP, especially if you have a pressing matter. The techs and Dr. Hogue have done a wonderful job with my two rats and were very understanding with their skittishness for the first visit.

After MANY years at AMC, sad to write this review (keep in mind ownership has changed hands). My dog recently tested positive for Ehrlichia (tick borne disease). Although the results were received the same day, I was not notified until 3 days later. Then when calling Monday morning to schedule an appointment for follow up labwork, the current Vet (Dr. Salmon) became argumentative on the phone with me when I simply asked her "I just need to book an appointment for additional lab work, as I am in the gym and don't have time to discuss this"--Instead of attempting to get the appointment she continued to try and "diagnose" why the dog became ill. In my frustration, I hung up the phone and decided to call back later. After sending an email to Dr. Hogue asking her to contact me directly to discuss my concerns, I found out that the Vets office will no longer see my Dog?? I am writing this review to make other pet owners aware that this particular Vet Clinic can be so insensitive and provide this type of care for an animal especially after ADMITTING that they didn't have time to call me or notify me the day the dog tested positive and that it took 3 Days for someone to contact me by phone or email. Not the type of service I expected and very disappointed.
