Where do I go to get verification of signature of Notary
You may retain an attorney to file for you or file on your own. There is a charge to open a new case and the clerks' office will give you the forms you need. You can also go online to MDCourts.gov to get the forms you need. Once you go to the Clerks' office they will explain the process to you. Start a new case in D1033. Or if there is already an existing case you can file to modify it. Dealing with the court system can be a daunting and sometimes frustrating task. Just pack your patience and expect that this is going to take some time. Good luck!!
