My Divorce was applied for by my ex-husband in 2014 and He has not sent me the Divorce Certificate.I am not a US citizen and am not residing in US. I am not in touch with my ex. I need a copy of my Divorce Certificate. How can I get it. Please help.

I would contact the civil clerk's office n speak with someone there n see what your options are at this point.
