Yeah, I guess I am being unrealistic, expecting something as outrageous as someone to answer a phone... And common courtesy, well, that's not essential. Yeah I guess it was all just me, and I should get over myself.
Ive never had that problem. They are usually crowded, yes. However, they manage the pace pretty well. I'm there all the time due to shipping obligations for my business. But I've never had an issue with professionalism or a lost/misplaced package. Not to invalidate your inconveniences, as I can certainly understand your frustration, I just wouldn't want to discourage anyone from patronizing this location based off one person's unfortunate experience. I hope things get better for you!

It depends on weight and location. You need to actually visit the post office to find that out. Hope this helps.
Came into this post office on 10/31/2019 put a hold mail request gave form directly to clerk. I’m am out of state and my mail is still being left in my mail box.

Clerks have alot on they're plate, sometimes they get them out late.
I did a change of address for my family of 4 we all have different last names. Only two of us has gotten mail for the past two weeks. Does everyone have to submit a change of address in the house and if so why does it ask if individual or family

I stuffed a package in my mailbox so I could finish walking my dogs and pick it up after I got back. I saw my postal carrier on my street. When I got back my mail was delivered but the package was gone. I tried contact the USPS but they suck!
