I absolutely love this post office. Best employees anywhere. They are so helpful no matter how much help you need and they will give you as much time as you need to get you set up. Donna and Brad the post man especially are awesome.

Post office staff especially donna the supervisor at this location is very rude and of no help! Beware, find another location to do business with. Once my 6 months is up for my po box that's I've had 15+years I'm out.

We live in an hoa with mailboxes, the parcel locker keys do not work we have left multiple notes to the delivery drivers they ignore it and have not fixed it.
I need help. My mail was delivered to a large box, #1. The key left in my slot does not turn, does not open the box. Will the carrier deliver the mail to my home. Frank, 1001 Cedar Cove Drive, 32086. Box located on Cedar Cove Drive?

Call the Post office and speak to a supervisor and let the know the situation. They should be able to help you.
why are we getting flyers such as winn- dixie, one week Late? They are outdated by one week when we get them.

Submit a authorization to hold mail. Can do that at USPS.gov
Today is the food drive for our postal service. Well this is the second year that the food I put at my mail box was not picked up. I am going to put most of it into the mail box for the driver maybe they will get the groceries Monday.

Put the mail in your mailbox with the flag up. Write misdelivered on the top piece. It will make it to the proper addressee.
