The workers at this post office REFUSE TO SCAN MY PACKAGES, and they explained that it's because of their own internal stats, which is more important to them than their customers. They complain if you take big packages to the counter, but then they also complain when the drop bin gets jammed.

Rude Rude Rude I stood in line 😤 for 46min to change my mailing address for her to say I have to fill a paper 📃 out n get back in the long line to turn it in when she already the only one working I understand so why keep putting ppl back in line.

Its unfortunate but you cannot reach a branch office by phone. All call go to a Call center. Each branch has one manager who I'd generally tied up with all kinds of issues. It's always best to go to the branch office and speak to the manager if you have an issue that can't be resolved at the counter.
