I visited the store today to return my glasses. I was disappointed and thought maybe they gave me the wrong prescription. Additionally, after 4 months, the arm broke off and the glasses kept slipping down my nose. I often strained my eyes when reading which gave me headaches after awhile. I spoke to a lady named Elizabeth at the optical counter. She was very calm and very helpful. She fixed the arm on my glasses and adjusted them so they wouldn’t slide down my nose anymore. Then she sat with me and thoroughly explained how my prescription works. I only got a very brief description when I originally purchased my glasses. Thankfully Elizabeth explained that I have Comprehensive glasses. Then she went into detail while watching a short video on her tablet. FINALLY I understood how the prescription worked for my eyes! Elizabeth was so wonderful. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had entered the store upset, but I left the store educated and very happy!! THANK YOU ELIZABETH!

I have used Target Optical Millennia before but my experience with my recent two pairs of glasses was phenomenal!! Lauren was the most helpful, knowledgeable and courteous representative. I brought back one pair about three times and each time she was patient and gave me great information and advise. Kudos to managers Chris and Elizabeth who spent SO much time helping me. They are THE MOST knowledgeable, patient people I've ever met! Thank you all for putting up with me and helping me over and over! You are a great group and should be rewarded for all you do!
