Very bad customer service! Although we have been with them for more than 10 years. Unbelievable! Will switch optometry!

At the optometry clinic in Hunter's Creek, after I paid $100 for the contact lens exam, they didn't want to give me the prescription when I asked for it, and the argument was that there was no diagnosis as a product of the exam...? Doesn't it seem strange? You pay for the exam, they do the exam, after the exam they make sure you walk out wearing a pair of contact lenses, but they refuse to give you the prescription. Is this legally correct? is it medical malpractice? and/or bad business modus operandi? Who regulates optometrists in Florida? Uhmm… Florida Department of Health - Board of Opticianry Florida Department of Health - Board of Opticianry. The Florida Board of Opticianry plays a leading role in the ever-changing health care environment through dialogue with the public, the legislature, academia, and the community. The Board consists of seven members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate.

All of the staff are very courteous and attentive, Dr Patel is very thorough and explains everything very well. I've been coming here for years and have no plans to go anywhere else.

this review is strictly to compliment the office manager lindsay :) I did have an issue where I was given an incorrect prescription from an exam here, however lindsay did everything she could to make the situation right. every office could benefit from a manager who cares as much as she does about customer satisfaction.
