My appointment was at 9am didn’t get seen till 9:40 no one spoke to me to say hold for a second or anything. Then when I finally got to the back all the People that work there was gossiping about another worker… that took 30 more min, then after when selecting glasses never was told when they would be here. I’ve been calling for days to see if they arrive they do not answer the phone. Most definitely will never go back here

Had a new patient appointment today and arrived ontime for 11AM - wasn't brought back till 11:40AM and by Noon I still had not seen the Doctor. There was no way I was going to make it out the door being examined and with frames selcted in less than 2 and half hours - maybe 3. My time is just as valuable so that didn't work for me so I left. Though building seemed new, the equipment going to be utilized was not state of the art. Exam rooms contained cases of contacts which I am not used to for patient care.
