Been a patient here for a very long time, and have always been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy the doctors and staff deliver to their patients. If you're used to the optical experience you've encounter at a shopping mall optical center, then visiting this office will be quite an eye opener (excuse the pun). I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Dr. Yager and Dr.Siergey to anyone in search of a great optical experience. Originally offered a five star rating, but this business has been sold to a large medical corp who practices assembly line medicine. Plan to wait forever to see a doctor, and be shuffled right back out as quickly. After many years, my wife and I are no longer patients here.

I called with what I thought was a somewhat urgent situation. Never received a return call. Was told upon my second call that a message would be relayed, but doctor Siergey was too busy to see me today. The unfortunate thing is, I had this same thing happen several years ago; never had to see the doctor, but one of the assistants took care of me in less than two minutes. I personally walked in to the office at 4:15 hoping to make an appointment only to be told the doctor was understaffed & could not possibly see me. I proceeded to ask for my records & will seek treatment elsewhere. I’m sure Dr. Siergey doesn’t wish to see her practice decline so quickly after Dr. Yager’s departure. So sad.

It was always a pleasure going to see Dr. Yager. He is now retired and my new doctor, Justine Siergey, is just as wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone who has problems with keratoconus and stigmatism issues. They are fantastic at fitting lenses!!!
