Absolutely useless. Convenient to the area, and nothing else positive. Appointment is a relative term. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Getting assistance is impossible. Billing is a nightmare! Quest couldn't bill the insurance properly and it took 9 months to resolve. Nothing but automated phone systems that hang up and transfer you to a different system.

Like many people have said before my wife and I had to wait over an hour just to see a technician but it's not just the sheer incompetence that upsets me it's the complete disregard for common human decency. My wife spoke to two technicians after 45 mins of waiting and watching at least 4 people come in after us and get called back before us. Then after complaining to a third technician she finally got a called back and heard another employee gossiping about her making a "big deal" about having to wait for so long so loudly the tech working with her had to walk out of the room and tell her the patient she was chastising was the one in the room right in front of her (we have a feeling she already knew). My wife then spoke with the site manager who offered no real apology and of course why would she? There's not going to be any repercussions for any of the incompetent, unprofessional, antagonistic riffraff that work there. I almost didn't even leave a review because this dumpster fire already has a 2.8 but I feel like I'd be a part of the problem if I didn't warn others of what they would walk into.

I don't like this place because they always get confused, last time they took my blood for the wrong doctor and I told them and gave the name and this time they took my blood and they didn't do the full tests, the most important reason for which I went they didn't take it out and I'm very, very upset, besides they are very slow and some girls don't draw the blood well

Waited a hour before appt., they didn't get the fax from the machine, so I wait some more. They can't do half the tests requested, and are now doing the input requests in front of me. 1.5 hours and waiting. I'm diabetic and haven't eaten in a long time. All the while the tech is doing the work, as I grow shakey, worse yet, it's going to take more time to finish. From the previous reports it seems the owners aren't interested in doing anything about improving. I am disappointed. However, the blood draw was painless and quick, I highly recommend the tech!

Yes
I don't know , You need to speak to your PCP
They usually take some form of cc when the labs are being done. They then charge for any balance due after insurance pays
Do you accept Medicare Advantage plans?
If they work with that insurance
And
I don't know Carmen, you have to call Quest or confirm with your insurance.
You can just go as a walk in, but appointment s go first so you might have to wait awhile.
Appointments are definitely advised and then you get in reasonably quickly. Otherwise, yes, if you're a walk-in, your wait can be really long. Good staff but definitely need more.
I don't know if they need appointments at this location but I use appointments. You can check online or call
