I heard of these apartments from a friend of a friend. My daughter is needing a safe, clean and affordable place to live after graduation. The property representative, Mel, was informative and professional. I know my daughter will be happy here!

Like I said. The staff is UNPROFESSIONAL and nasty. They take down negative reviews some how.

Please read! I was a good resident and paid my bills on time and didn’t have too many issues with this place while living there. BUT when I moved out, Rose took a month to return my deposit. It took multiple emails and threatening legal action to get any of it back. And when I did get it back they took nearly $200 off my deposit return. They took $65 for carpet cleaning which was in the lease, even though I was told it would not be applied since the carpet was brand new, I did not have pets, and the only carpet was in the bedroom. But they also charged an $85 housekeeper fee that was NOT in the lease (I left my unit clean). They also charged for bulbs which had been out for the entire duration of my stay ( I submitted multiple maintenance requests that were never filled). Very unimpressed with companies that use deposits as a way to nickel and dime the tenants.

I lived in a two-bedroom luxury apartment for two years and had a great experience. The landlord was very easy to contact and maintenance was prompt to respond to any instances. The luxury apartments provide a good amount of storage as well as updated appliances including in-unit laundry. The location is within walking distance to KU Med Center and Hospital and the West 39th shopping district. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of safety concerns. Though there is key entry to get into your unit the doors are not always completely shut and I had instances where solicitors were found inside the building. I found this apartment complex very reasonably priced and ideal for classes/working at the KU campus. Definitely worth checking out.
