I used to live here when I was wayy younger. It was very fun playing with the kids there, I hope its still the same. The apartment had mice and cockroaches, and the balcony gave me splinters back then, but I didn't worry too much about it. I liked to ride my bike around here, it was very spacious on the basketball court. I dont have pictures but it was nice and fun. Every memory was worth being here :)

I have lived here for 5 years, with very few issues. The manager and maintenance staff get to stuff quickly, they've added parking and new laundry equipment since I moved in and I don't have any issues with pest control, even so they still have everyone's apartment sprayed every other month. My only complaint really is that there's not much to do, there is a basketball court but my kids and all of the kids around here could really use a playground, especially with the year we've had this year.

Hi Emerald, We have not had any issue with crime in recent years. We do pest control in each building every other month regardless of whether or not is is needed. We find that the people that have issues with pest control are the ones that don't take care of their apartments, and generally live an unclean lifestyle. If you keep your apartment clean, as with any space, there should be no issue. I hope this answers your questions, please contact us if you have any additional questions.
Hi Nicki, we have an income requirement just like all apartments. The purpose of that is to make sure that you're able to afford not only rent but, utilities, food, etc. Generally speaking, if you're spending more than half of your income on rent, it would be difficult to afford all other necessities as those mentioned above. Also, as far as evictions go, we understand that sometimes things are beyond one's control, but that individual also has the opportunity to correct the eviction by paying it off to be removed from their record.
Not at this time.
They are not, no pets are allowed.
Yes they do
That's what I wanna know, although mines haven't been paid off and I don't know how to go about doing so...
No, these are market rate apartments. One of the qualifications is that the applicants make 2.5x the rent, gross.
