Since new management has came in, I have seen dramatic improvements to this complex. Noah’s Arc wasn’t built in a day, it will take time to get this place back to its glory days!! They are evicting all the bad apples that are ruining these apartments. Eventually the ones that are left will be glad to call this Home!!

Units could use some interior updating but taking into account the value for the amount of space and the convenient location; it's a trade-off worthy of consideration. The new manager and maintenance staff are very responsive. They have made a lot of exterior improvements which if they continue making them hopefully it will attract more quality neighbors.

Where to even begin with this place?? I’d give one star if I could. First off we never saw the unit before we signed the lease( a red flag for sure) we were told there was a washer/dryer hook up in the unit and that was false. The property is falling apart and the grounds are covered in trash. The unit is infested with bugs and MICE. So much of of stuff, new stuff, we had to toss out because of the bugs that infested them.
