America runs FROM this Dunkin. I am standing in line at a different Dunkin, hoping to actually get a correct cup of coffee. This morning I ordered a medium holiday blend with cream and sweet and low. I received a burnt, stale midnight blend, no sweetener, qwith almost no cream. I pointed out nicely that it didn't seem to be what I ordered. They said they would remake it. I received a medium original blend with milk. This is not the first or even the second time in the last few weeks I've ordered one simple thing and received either coffee that should have been thrown out hours ago or the wrong order entirely. There's no point asking them to remake it. The counter staff simply don't care. This used to be a really convenient and reliable Dunkin donuts. I went here for over ten years. Not anymore though.

My wife went in to get a carmel latte, one employee was too busy chatting with a former employee at the drive-thru window to weigh on another customer and the other 2 there weren't paying attention to her standing there. When she finally did get her latte it was lacking the carmel she asked for. Watched another customer leave without getting service.

i'm a regular here and there's fast service, and the order is always fresh and accurate. but best of all the workers there are always super nice and friendly, and after waiting just a few minutes for my drink the kind lady bringing it gave me free donuts! probably weird to have a favorite fast food location but truly I'd drive out of my way to stop here solely because it's reliably a good experience.
