I didn't stay there but my finance worked at East Greenbush for less than a week. I believe she was wrongfully terminated. They accused her of being drunk on the job. She was not drunk she was going into hypoglycemic shock which gives the appearance of being drunk. She was sent home from work on that particular day. She was told not to come back till she talked to the manager . She did make contact with Stephanie the manager 2 days later and my finance tried to explain what was going on but Stephanie didn't wanna hear it and fired her . I called today to see if I could go down and get her paycheck. And the lady took my info and said Stephanie would call me back and hasn't yet . So I called back to talk to Stephanie and the person that took my call was very rude and snotty towards me saying" Stephanie is busy she will call you back . You don't have to keep calling" I found that to be very rude . How are they supposed to keep any help when they are complete jerks to their employees .

Breakfast was ok but none the less wasnt the best ive had at a hampton. Pool looked cloudy. But everything else was great. Room and service 5star all day

A clean, modern, well-run Hampton Inn with professional, courteous staff Shaquasha and Ty. I enjoyed my stay and got a good rest. It's set away from traffic in a green, natural setting. One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at.

My now husband and I booked our stay for our wedding night in February. Wedding was 4/22. When we arrived at the hotel for check in, we were told that they did not see our names in their system. We gave them the confirmation number and we were told that it’s not a valid confirmation number. After 20 minutes, the person helping us at the front desk was able to get us a room. I was in communication with Crystal, the front desk manager throughout the process. We let her know that we had hotel welcome bags for our guests and she reassured us that she and her team would pass them out to our guests accordingly. When we came by to drop off the bags, we found out that crystal was on vacation and didn’t bother to communicate to her staff about our wedding party or the bags. Convenient. Multiple guests had dirty rooms upon check in and had to switch rooms. Others were in rooms right next to a construction on the first floor. We were also under the assumption that reserving a block of rooms meant that all of our guests would be at the very LEAST - on the same floor. This was not the case. This hotel needs new management and more effective communication. Unnecessary stress on our wedding day was not fair to us and it was overwhelming after such a long day. There is absolutely no excuse for any of this. If even the staff are telling guests that the management doesn’t effectively communicate or train - you know there’s an issue. Please reconsider this hotel if you are having a wedding in the area. It’s fine for an overnight stay if you’re in a pinch but they are so unorganized and lost.
