We like this place and good maintenance. Paula is awesome! Neighbors are very friendly and we love our new community. Our son loves the playground and the new friends he has made

Ive been having problems with these apartments since I’ve moved in with unlivable apartment units, also discrimination of gender and race. It’s not a safe place to live and let’s not forget about the random fees and charges they add to your bill moral of the story I would not recommend these apartments to anybody, first apartment and I’ve learned my lesson

From the day I moved in Aug 1st 2021 there was a lot of crime , 3 mangers later to our current one now she has truly got all the scum bags out and our Neigbor is now comfortable and free to come outside Jen the apt manger has done a 360 tremendous job !!!!!

Why is Their no way of contacting someone if you come home from work and have no Hot water to take a Shower, Their needs to be some type of 24 hr. Handyman on the Property.

ABOUT A YEAR AGO THEY HAD A WEBSITE AND YOU COULD PUT IN MAINTENANCE REQUEST THEN THEY SWITCHED MANAGEMENT LAST YEAR, GOT RID OF EVERYONE WHO WORKED, ACTUALLY DID THEIR JOBS EVEN GOT RID OF THE MAINTENANCE GUY. THERE IS NO WEBSITE FOR MAINTENANCE REQUEST OR NUMBERS. YOU JUST HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE WHEN THEY ARE OPEN AND ANNOY THE LADY IN THE OFFICE EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK UNTIL SHE FINALLY CALLS A HANDY MAN TO COME BY THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO FIX IT.
