Disappointed... I scheduled a ride for my son (he does not live with me) to be picked up and taken to the airport. I called and gave them all my cc info and was told my cc would not be charged until the ride was over. I don't know if this was a driver issue or an internal issue but the driver required the payment in cash! The whole point was that I was paying for the ride and not my son, fortunately he had the $65 in cash (which I'm reimbursing him), not sure what they would have done otherwise....
