My experience at ignite was awesome! The physical therapy team, all of the staff, everyone was pleasant to be around. They're ready to meet your every need. I suggest Ignite Medical Resorts to anybody who is needing rehabilitation services. The staff will work with you excellently in a friendly environment. I would recommend Ignite to anyone needing a clean, professional rehabilitation facility.

I was a patient at this location. I received great care bot PT and OT. They prepared me for return to be at my home. The food was excellent; if you wanted a substitute it was readily available. I would like to mention these employess for exemplary service; Nurse - Mary, Eric and Zoey, along with Megan OT. They made my stay pleasant. Will go back, if needed.

I would rate this higher except that it took 8 days to get all my prescriptions. There were some very helpful people: Polyns was a great help in getting my meds. While there, nurse Mary and nurse Martha, aides Breanna and Zoey, and therapists PT Kerry and Emily and Aaron plus one more, OT Chris and Megan and Heather plus one. Also Director of Hospitality Curtis. all these folks were very helpful and caring. Other staff were helpful at times, but not seen as often. But discharge meds should be available AT DISCHARGE, either provided by Ignite, or called into pharmacy before patient leaves. Some are vitally important and others greatly improve comfort levels. Please improve that for future patients.

Hello Caron, sorry for the delay in responding. Our staffing levels are consistent with state mandated guidelines and inspections occur yearly unless there is a reason for them to come in for something sooner. We like to think that all of our employees are helpful, caring, and compassionate. If you want more info, you might want to call the building and schedule a tour. Thanks!
Hello! With the Pandemic still a factor, visiting policies change constantly. The best thing for you to do when you want to visit is reach out to the Director of Hospitality Curtis a day or so before and he can help you to arrange your visit based on the current guidelines.
