Ordered glasses almost 2wks ago,to be shipped to my home and still nothing, sales associate over the phone was helpful but in store associate was(a bytch)Rude,negative and Very unhelpful ,and didn't even offer a way to have glasses express shipped, very poor service & terrible customer service skills! Seemed like I was disturbing her making free $,she was more interested in her phone than helping me tbh ,is it not her job that pays her phone bill, 9r or maybe I'm missing something 🤷🏾‍♂️
