Right off the highway, nice clean rooms with not too many hiding spaces (we are traveling with a cat so not having to spend half an hour trying to get her out from under the bed was nice). Check in staff were nice and helpful. Wish there were more food options around but that's a city thing and not in the control of the hotel, obviously. All in all a great place to stay.

Great Housekeeping Employees, the front desk was great in keeping me stocked in coffee and very friendly. The other guests were friendly as well. The hotel was quiet and secure. All anemities and machines were on working order. I will stay here again in the future. I also thought the sights of the airport were neat seeing the airplanes up and close.

Comfort Inn, off I80 by the ariport. Stayed in Rm 104. When walking into the building, it wasn't very inviting. It didn't smell clean like most hotels do. The times we interacted with the front desk person, he was not very friendly. The top of the shower surround was very pitted and black. Guessing it was MOLD as my allergies acted up from the minute I walked in until the time I left. Towels, etc were dingy, scratchy, thin, and looked old. Washcloths had dark spots on them. Shower itself was not clean. Sink did not drain well at all. Bed linens looked clean, but didn't smell clean. Pillowcases smelled like someone had recently slept on them. As someone stated previously, carpet was dingy and could use replacing. Window sill was dirty and had black spots on it. Looked like mold. The wardrobe cabinet had a thick layer of dust on top of it. Lamp bases had some rusty spots on them. There was no hotel information folio in the room, like most properties have. The pool area looked clean upon entering, but closer inspection told a different story. Two window sills were heavily covered with a black substance. Mold, again? Pool area was not warm. Pool water was COLD and had black stuff floating in it. Moving around in the water didn't help to warm up, it was like swimming during the Polar Plunge. Only one ladder to enter/exit pool. We didn't have breakfast, as we didn't trust that prep area was clean enough. The breakfast area itself looked decent enough, but based on the rest of what we saw, we were not willing to take a chance. Desperately needs updating and a thorough cleaning. I've stayed in my fair share of hotels. This one was, by far, the worst property I've ever stayed in. Had I booked the room, we for sure wouldn't have stayed here. If I could give -5 stars, I would have. Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

Greg made the entire experience a pleasant one. I travel for work, staying in many hotels throughout the year, and it’s rare to come across a genuinely good person like him. Truly an asset to the company. Thank you Greg, from our little family!
