You have to be careful if your lawyer submits your case to this place it's a way to bury your case with no trace or legal malpractice claim basically you can't sue the lawyer that mishandled your case. I have called many firms to sue the lawyer who misfiled my case to this commission they all told same thing good luck with that ! I could've got over 200,000.00 but got zero and and everything is untraceable to sue the crooked lawyer just because he filed it to the commission of human rights.

One year from the last incident, 300 days if employment and want to file an EEOC complaint.
I assume you live in NYC. You can call 311 or Google tenant rights attorneys to get proper advice on your matter. There are many nonprofit organizations who provide such services for free or low cost. Good luck!
I want to know too?
Call and ask to speak to Kristen Z.
No but you need to look in to that it might be discrimination against you if you was there since Jan and they knew you was a parollee
You must file the complaint within one year of the most recent act of discrimination.
