The worst experience of my life. Watch out for a Ms. savory…more like miss unsavory … this woman is a perfect example of what is wrong with this office and the system as a whole. She will smile to your face as she tries to make your process as difficult as possible without ever wiping that sadistic grin off her face. If you ask her a question, she will defend the systems inconsistencies and literally tell you to leave if you point out the gaps in logic. I am horrified by the treatment my mother received at her hands and will do what I can to make sure she is held accountable. In the meanwhile, if you can avoid this office — and miss unsavory — you should do so at allll costs.

Customer service here is horrible they literally have you waiting for hours to be seen sometimes days at a time. If you can do not go here until they get a whole new staff of employees
