No one answers the phone at the onset of the start of their office hours and no one answers emails. They are on vacation five days a week . CALLING 311 is no help to complaints they are just logged and the Mayor’s office and Comptroller office are of no help with your complaints

My wife and I received an incorrect 2020 IRMAA reimbursement on October 15, 2021 in our direct deposit account. How will in be corrected. How do we communicate with OLR as the telephone is always busy and there is no way to mail OLR our proof that an underpayment was made. Additionally, was the IRMAA payment for 2020 made by reviewing the social security information or because of Covid just a past amount was sent to our direct deposit account?

I am a Nurse Educator, for St John's Episcopal Hospital, this gives me a management position in the institution. I have used up all my sick time and gave in Doctors notes, which I thought would cover me , but now all my sick time is used up. I want to use my personal time and vacation time, that I have accrued. I don't mind giving them notes from Doctor. I have worked five days a week there for two years, and I totally ignored my health because I was too afraid to go to an appointment, during Doctors working hours. Now, I have no choice. Can you help me?
Is Medicare part D reimbursable?
Yes. Collective bargaining began late last year, however no contract agreement was reached as of yet. Negotiations continue.
