I would not recommend Jacobson to anyone. They are very un professional except when it comes to lying and making threats. We our home a yr. Ago and still have no elect. Or water and the last crew that was here locked the keys in the house, so here we sit with a new home we can't even get into. I would if we're you.

I would recommend Jacobsen homes to anyone looking to buy homes. The staff was so patient and helpful to me throughout this whole process and I know this pandemic has made everything much more difficult for everyone involved. There was a young lady there who I really appreciate for how she explained everything to me since I’m a first time buyer.

Good Afternoon! In Columbia County, the rule is 1 house per 5 acres, but this may be different in different Counties. However, please note we do not sell Garages. Check with your County Building and Zoning, as they will know the proper measurements. We also are unable to assist in finding land with utilities, as we are only retailers for Mobile Homes.
