Our home was ordered in June. We were told we should be in it by thanksgiving.it was delivered in December. Every vendor they have contracted to work on our set up has done subpar work. The setup crew has had to return 4 times to try to fix the horrible job they did. The plumbers had to return, the electrician did not look at the site plan and installed the meter in the wrong place. The well guy they use should not have a license in my opinion I have brown smelly water with sand. And was told that is acceptable. By whom? It’s not acceptable to me! . It’s now March and my home still has not passed inspection. I have made three house payments and I still can not live in it. Communication is horrible as the person who runs the set up has yet to call us , even after repeated requests. When I dropped by to ask when these items were to be corrected, he was very loud, rude and unprofessional. The owner says if you want perfect, don’t buy here. I understand that perfect is not what you get in a mobile home, however I would like to actually live in the home I am paying for. It’s not the home itself that I’m complaining about. It’s the customer service and their set up. It seems once they have your money, they will take their time and ignore or lie to you. Before purchasing from them, go see another dealer and ask about their set up, time frame, crews, electricians etc. and google their reviews. Apparently “the customer is always right “is not part of their business practices.Update: We are in our home after they rushed to get the inspection. We have had a home inspector come out. The roof is in such bad shape you can see daylight in the attic space. We have emailed this to Royals as it says to do in our paperwork. We have had no response. So I sent it again today. We have contacted our lender and getting their help with the formal complaint to HUD
