My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Matt. Matt has been amazing through out this whole process. He has worked with us on everything, answered all questions and addressed any concerns we might have had. I must say we have look around at other companies and looked at reviews and were a little skeptical on how things would go but this experience has been great. Thank you Matt for everything you have been amazing and our home is beautiful!!!!

Read the reviews! The level of pride they will take with your home is obvious when you can't even close the doors on the show models. You are told you can customize colors at no additional cost, after several requests by phone & email with no response, drove 3 1/2 hours & spoke to Paula who was very pleasant, explained it had been asking for 2 weeks for the options list while the property was being appraised to keep the progress moving. Paula said if we chose from a select group there would be no additional charge, the other group it be an upgrades at a fee, we chose everything from the first group. I sent our choices to the salesperson & was told it would be $8500 more, later lowered to $2250 thanks Jason. The salesperson only seemed to be only concerned what the property appraised for before he would discuss the next steps. Even told me we would discuss options once we put a deposit down. He held up our loan twice because he kept writing the deal wrong showing we were buying the land ourself so they could use the land as the down payment. It was supposed to be land/home package deal. We will not be using First Coast Homes for our home purchase. I refuse to work with a company that treats people this way & refuse to work someone that raises their voice at me when I ask to see a complete price breakdown & have the home details laid out the way we want it before giving a down payment because of their poor communication.
